Our water features are designed primarily as "Pondless" systems—high-impact visual and auditory elements that require minimal maintenance and present zero safety risk for families with small children or pets.

Low-Maintenance Technical Hardware

A successful water feature depends on the quality of the subterranean hardware. We specify industrial-grade components designed for longevity and ease of service.

• High-Flow Recirculating Pumps: We use variable-speed pumps from Aquascape that allow you to adjust the volume and sound profile of the water from a gentle trickle to a powerful cascade via a smartphone app.
• Subsurface Reservoirs: Our features utilize "AquaBlox" technology—structural water storage modules hidden beneath a layer of decorative stone. This protects the water from sunlight (preventing algae growth) and ensures the pump is always submerged.
• Integrated Automatic Fill Valves: Every feature includes a dedicated water line with a mechanical float valve, automatically replacing water lost to evaporation and preventing pump burnout.

Micro-Process: Building for the Boston Winter
